The Christian Dean Secret Tone-Up Sun Cream is a multi-tasking SPF50+ PA+++ sunscreen that combines sun protection, instant skin tone correction, skin brightening actives, and a makeup-base function in a single step. Its light pink-tinted formula applies smoothly and evenly, delivering a naturally luminous, fresh complexion without heaviness, greasiness, or a white cast — making it equally suited for standalone daily wear and as a primer base before makeup.

The UV protection system is a hybrid of mineral and chemical filters working in combination. Titanium Dioxide and Zinc Oxide — both mineral filters — provide a physical shield that reflects and scatters UVA and UVB radiation, while being gentle and non-irritating on skin. Ethylhexyl Methoxycinnamate (Octinoxate) serves as the primary chemical UVB filter, significantly boosting UVB protection, and Butylmethoxydibenzoylmethane (Avobenzone) handles UVA coverage. Together, these four filters achieve the SPF50+ PA+++ broad-spectrum rating.

The product’s distinctive light pink tone-up is created by the combination of Titanium Dioxide (the white brightening base) with Yellow Iron Oxide and Red Iron Oxide pigments, which together produce a warm, peach-pink shade that blends naturally onto skin. Ethyl Ascorbyl Ether is one of the most stable and effective derivatives of Vitamin C available in cosmetics: oil-soluble, highly stable, and capable of penetrating the stratum corneum where it is converted to active ascorbic acid, providing brightening, anti-pigmentation, and collagen-stimulating benefits without the instability of pure Vitamin C.
