CeraVe SA Lotion for Rough & Bumpy Skin is a lightweight, non-greasy body lotion developed with dermatologists to smooth, soften, and hydrate dry, rough, and bumpy skin. Positioned as a dual-action exfoliating moisturizer, it targets problem-prone areas such as legs, upper arms, elbows, and knees, leaving skin feeling visibly smoother and more refined without a heavy or greasy finish.

CeraVe SA Lotion is suitable for use in both AM and PM routines as an everyday body moisturizer. Because it contains lactic acid, an alpha-hydroxy acid (AHA) that increases sun sensitivity, applying SPF during morning use is strongly recommended. It absorbs quickly thanks to its lightweight texture, making it comfortable under clothing and ideal for consistent daily application to maintain smooth skin over time.

The formula is built around salicylic acid (BHA), which exfoliates dead skin cells and softens rough texture, paired with lactic acid (AHA via ammonium lactate) to renew the skin’s surface. Hyaluronic acid draws moisture into the skin, while niacinamide calms and soothes. Three essential ceramides (NP, AP, & EOP) help restore the skin’s natural protective barrier, and patented MVE (MultiVesicular Emulsion) technology ensures a slow, continuous release of moisturizing ingredients for lasting 24-hour hydration. Vitamin D (cholecalciferol) adds skin-conditioning support.
