It is a significant departure from the Sunmuse Mineral Sunscreen — while that formula uses Zinc Oxide as its sole physical filter, this formula is built on an advanced hybrid chemical + mineral UV filter system designed to achieve the highest possible protection rating in an ultra-lightweight, non-white-cast texture.

The UV protection system is one of the most comprehensive available in K-beauty. Ethylhexyl Triazone (Uvinul T 150) is a highly photostable triazine-based UVB filter used at high concentration (2nd ingredient) — it does not degrade under UV exposure and provides excellent UVB absorption. Diethylamino Hydroxybenzoyl Hexyl Benzoate (DHHB / Uvinul A Plus) is a modern UVA filter with excellent UVA I and UVA II coverage, high photostability, and low skin penetration.

The product’s most distinctive visual feature — its purple tint — is the mechanism behind its “correcting” function. The emulsion is shaped by a multi-polymer rheology system combining Carbomer, Ammonium Acryloyldimethyltaurate/VP Copolymer, Acrylates/C10-30 Alkyl Acrylate Crosspolymer, and Polyacrylate Crosspolymer-6 — four complementary polymers that together create the smooth, spreadable gel-cream texture.
