AprilSkin Artemisia Rice Essence Toner is a Korean low-pH (5.5) essence toner formulated with 80% Artemisia Vulgaris (Mugwort) Extract — a time-tested Korean skincare staple — combined with Rice Bran Extract (10,000ppm) & a 4-Type Hyaluronic Acid Complex to calm, deeply hydrate & firm the skin in one refreshing step. Its lightweight, slightly viscous essence texture absorbs effortlessly, delivering an instant mochi-bounce effect while preparing the skin to absorb subsequent skincare more effectively. Free from parabens, artificial fragrances, sulfates & alcohol — vegan-certified, cruelty-free & dermatologist-tested for all skin types including sensitive & acne-prone.

After cleansing, apply a moderate amount to the entire face and gently pat for better absorption. For prolonged hydration, layer the toner multiple times — the more layers applied, the more deeply hydrated the skin becomes. Alternatively, wet a cotton pad generously with toner and gently swipe across the face. Can also be used as a quick sheet mask by separating a soaked cotton pad into 3 layers and placing them over the cheeks and forehead for 3 minutes. A spray bottle can be used for a mid-day hydration mist.
