Positioned as a gentle yet effective brightening treatment, it delivers 12% Ascorbyl Glucoside â a stable, water-soluble derivative of vitamin C â to visibly even skin tone, reduce signs of aging, and protect against environmental stressors. It is suitable for all skin types, including sensitive skin.
This serum fits seamlessly into both morning and evening routines. It is gentle enough for daily use AM & PM, applied after cleansing and before moisturiser. When used in the morning, it should always be followed by SPF. For those also using niacinamide, it is best to separate the two â Ascorbyl Glucoside in the AM & niacinamide in the PM â to maintain the efficacy of both actives.
At the heart of the formula is Ascorbyl Glucoside (AA-2G), a glucose-stabilised vitamin C derivative that converts to active ascorbic acid via the skin’s own enzymes, creating a sustained-release effect over 24 hours. Dimethyl Isosorbide & Ethoxydiglycol act as dual penetration enhancers to improve absorption at the formula’s neutral pH. Propanediol, derived from corn sugar, adds lightweight hydration & supports ingredient delivery, while Xanthan Gum provides a smooth, fluid consistency.
