COSRX AC Collection Acne Calming Liquid Intensive is a fast-absorbing, watery essence-liquid with a refreshing, non-greasy finish, formulated as an intensive treatment for acne-prone and oily skin types dealing with active breakouts and excess sebum.

Best used in the PM routine after cleansing and before serums or moisturiser, though it can also be incorporated into an AM routine as a targeted acne-treatment step. Apply it early in your layering sequence to allow the actives to penetrate efficiently before heavier products.

The formula opens with Propolis Extract at 60%, delivering antimicrobial, anti-inflammatory, and barrier-supporting properties while preventing dryness during active treatment. Betaine Salicylate (BHA, 0.9%) gently clears congested pores and controls excess oil, while Glycolic Acid and Lactic Acid (AHA, 1.5% combined) accelerate cellular turnover and smooth post-acne texture. CentellAC-RX — COSRX’s proprietary complex of Asiaticoside, Asiatic Acid, and Madecassic Acid — provides intensive soothing and wound-healing support. Zinc PCA regulates sebum production and inhibits acne-causing bacteria, while Sodium Hyaluronate, Panthenol, and Allantoin maintain hydration and calm irritation throughout the treatment process. Tea Tree Oil (Melaleuca Alternifolia) rounds out the formula with additional antibacterial action.

How to Use: After cleansing, soak a cotton pad with the liquid and sweep gently across the face, avoiding the eye area. Pat any remaining product into the skin until fully absorbed. Follow with the rest of your routine.
