Cos De BAHA Azelaic Acid 5%, Niacinamide 2% Facial Toner (AT) 200ml is a lightweight, watery-texture clarifying toner with a clean, fragrance-free finish, positioned as a multi-tasking treatment toner for acne-prone, uneven, and sensitive skin types seeking clearer, brighter tone without irritation.

Gentle enough for twice-daily use, this toner is best applied in both AM and PM routines as the very first active step after cleansing, before serums and moisturizer. In the morning, follow with SPF.
