CeraVe Hydrating Micellar Water Ultra Gentle Cleanser is a dermatologist-developed US 3-in-1 no-rinse micellar cleansing water that simultaneously removes makeup & impurities, hydrates & helps restore the skin barrier — all in one effortless step without water or rinsing. Formulated with CeraVe’s signature ceramide-first approach, this micellar water goes far beyond basic cleansing — actively replenishing the skin’s lipid barrier with every gentle swipe. Ophthalmologist-tested, fragrance-free, paraben-free, non-comedogenic & accepted by the National Eczema Association (NEA). Suitable for all skin types including sensitive & eczema-prone skin, and safe for use around sensitive eyes.

To remove eye makeup, saturate a cotton pad and hold over the closed eye for a few seconds, then gently wipe without rubbing — suitable for waterproof mascara. To cleanse the face and remove face makeup, gently wipe a saturated cotton pad over the skin until completely free from makeup & impurities. No rinsing required. Use morning and/or evening as a standalone cleanser or as a first cleanse step before a regular face wash.

The formula uses Poloxamer 184 — a mild, skin-friendly surfactant that forms the micellar structure — to attract, surround & lift away oil, dirt, long-wear foundation, sunscreen & waterproof mascara without harsh rubbing or stripping. Its gentle dual-surfactant system with Disodium Cocoamphodiacetate — derived from coconut oil — cleanses effectively while remaining extremely mild on the skin and eyes. CeraVe’s 3-Ceramide Complex (NP, AP & EOP), delivered via patented MVE Technology, actively replenishes the skin’s lipid barrier with every cleanse — uniquely positioning this micellar water as a barrier-restoring cleanser rather than just a makeup remover.
