Kao SPT (Skin Purifying Technology) is the formula’s core cleansing innovation — a specially selected surfactant system that floats dirt and sebum to the surface of the skin for removal while preventing cleansing agents from penetrating or disrupting the skin barrier, achieving thorough cleansing without dryness or over-stripping. The Scrub-In formula uniquely combines this SPT cleansing action with a dual physical exfoliating powder scrub system. Cellulose scrub particles are ultra-fine plant-derived powder particles that gently but effectively lift and dislodge dead skin cells, keratin plugs, and pore debris from the skin surface without causing micro-tears or harshness. Zea Mays (Corn) Starch scrub particles provide complementary ultra-smooth starch-derived physical exfoliation — softer and rounder than synthetic polyethylene beads, they polish the skin surface with minimal friction for a visibly smoother and more even-textured complexion. Together the Cellulose and Corn Starch dual scrub system targets the accumulation of cornified dead cells in pores that contributes to roughness, clogging, and dullness. How To Use: Wet hands and face. Squeeze approximately 2–3 cm of product onto damp palms. Add water and lather into a creamy foam. Apply the foam to face and massage gently in circular motions, focusing on rough or dull areas. Rinse thoroughly with water or lukewarm water. Use morning and evening. For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes — rinse immediately with water if contact occurs. Keep out of reach of children.
