CeraVe Hydrating Body Wash is a gentle, foaming cleanser with a lightweight, non-greasy feel, dermatologist-developed and positioned as a skin-barrier-restoring wash for normal to dry and sensitive skin.

Suitable for both morning and evening showers, it fits seamlessly at the cleansing step of any body-care routine — ideally followed by a body moisturizer or cream to lock in hydration while skin is still damp.

The formula is anchored by three essential Ceramides (1, 3 & 6-II) — lipids naturally found in the skin barrier — which work to restore and reinforce the skin’s protective layer. Hyaluronic Acid draws moisture to the skin’s surface and helps it stay there. Glycerin acts as a humectant to pull in water and keep skin supple, while White Petrolatum seals in that moisture with occlusive protection. Mild surfactants like Cocamidopropyl Betaine deliver a thorough yet non-stripping cleanse.
