ROVECTIN Clean Lotus Water Calming Toner is an extra-calming, hydrating Korean toner built on a base of 40% Lotus Flower Water (Nelumbo Nucifera Flower Water, 392,000ppm) — inspired by the lotus flower’s natural ability to self-purify. Its ultra-lightweight, watery texture glides effortlessly onto skin, absorbing instantly without any stickiness, making it ideal for daily use both morning and night. Vegan, cruelty-free, and free from artificial fragrances, parabens, artificial colorants, and mineral oil.

This toner fits seamlessly into any skincare routine as the first treatment step after cleansing. It can be applied with a cotton pad using outward wiping motions to sweep away residual impurities, or patted directly onto skin for a deeper hydration boost. On more sensitive days, it can also be used as a toner pack by soaking a cotton pad and pressing it onto dry or irritated areas for added comfort & relief.
