How to Use: After cleansing, dispense 2–3 drops of toner onto your palms or onto a cotton pad. If using palms, gently press and pat the toner onto the face and neck in a tapping motion until fully absorbed. If using a cotton pad, sweep gently across the face in light upward strokes.
