This hydrating toner combines 6 types of hyaluronic acid (sodium hyaluronate 0.95-1.45%, hydrolyzed hyaluronic acid 0.15-0.55%, hyaluronic acid 0.10-0.35%), panthenol (vitamin B5), allantoin, and glycerin (2.70-4.00%) in a Hydrium Synergy-8 Complex formulation. The multi-molecular weight hyaluronic acids penetrate across skin layers while panthenol strengthens the skin barrier and reduces irritation.
