COSRX AC Collection Acne Patch (26 Patches) is an ultra-thin, oval-shaped hydrocolloid spot patch with a nearly invisible finish, designed to flatten blemishes, absorb impurities, and protect skin from scarring without any active stinging ingredients.

Suitable for use AM or PM whenever a breakout appears. Apply as a spot treatment step on clean, dry skin before toner — or wear overnight for maximum absorption. Safe for daily use and compatible with all skin types, including oily, acne-prone, sensitive, and combination.

Each patch is built on a hydrocolloid base — a moisture-absorbing polymer matrix that draws out pus and excess sebum while sealing the blemish from bacteria and environmental contaminants. Centella Asiatica Extract (Gotu Kola) delivers concentrated anti-inflammatory and wound-healing actives, including asiaticoside and madecassoside, to calm redness and support post-breakout skin recovery. Carboxymethylcellulose Sodium (cellulose gum) reinforces the hydrocolloid structure and helps the patch maintain adhesion as it absorbs fluid. The flexible polyurethane film backing keeps the patch paper-thin and nearly skin-toned for discreet wear throughout the day.

How to Use: Cleanse and fully dry the skin around the blemish. Select a patch size slightly larger than the spot. Peel the patch from the liner and press firmly onto bare, dry skin before applying any other skincare. Leave on for at least 6 hours or overnight until the patch turns white and opaque, indicating it has absorbed fully. Remove gently and follow with your usual toner and routine. Use a fresh patch as needed until the blemish resolves.
