April Skin Carotene Clarifying Serum is a lightweight, milky blemish-control and clarifying serum powered by a Triple Carrot Complex 10,001ppm â delivering pro-vitamin A and antioxidant activity through Carrot Seed Oil (10,000ppm), Carrot Root Water, and isolated Beta-Carotene â combined with Hydrolyzed Extensin (300ppm), Aprilskin’s carrot-derived plant cell wall glycoprotein. Beta-Carotene (provitamin A) regulates sebum production, combats free radical damage, and strengthens the skin barrier, while Niacinamide minimises pores, fades dark spots and acne scars, and controls oiliness. The clarifying active complex features Houttuynia Cordata Extract, Centella Asiatica Extract, and Tea Tree Leaf Oil for multi-pathway anti-acne and soothing activity. A Triple Hyaluronic Acid system (Sodium Hyaluronate + Hyaluronic Acid + Hydrolyzed HA), Olivem 1000 emulsifier (Cetearyl Olivate + Sorbitan Olivate), and rare botanicals including Matsutake Mushroom, Chestnut Shell, and Rhododendron Chrysanthum complete the formula.
