How To Use: After cleansing, apply a moderate amount to the face using a cotton pad or the palms of the hands and pat gently until fully absorbed. For a lighter routine, the toner can be layered two to three times in place of additional moisturising steps. For an intensive moisture boost, saturate a cotton pad fully with the toner and press it onto the skin for two to three minutes as a hydrating toner mask. Use morning and evening.
